One-to-one coaching
Eight-session programmes tailored to your role. Each session runs 75 minutes and focuses on a specific leadership challenge you face right now, from difficult conversations to strategic planning. Your coach has led teams of 50+ and knows the pressure first-hand.
Team workshops
Half-day or full-day sessions held at your office or our venue in Wales. Groups of 8 to 20 people work through real scenarios drawn from your industry. We cover delegation, feedback loops and conflict resolution using role-play and structured exercises.
Executive retreats
Two-day residential retreats for senior leadership teams. We run these quarterly at venues across Wales and the Midlands. The agenda blends strategic review with skills practice so you leave with both a plan and the ability to execute it.
Why our approach works
Most leadership courses dump theory on people for two days and hope something sticks. We do the opposite. Every programme starts with a 90-minute diagnostic where we map your current leadership behaviours against the outcomes your organisation actually needs. That diagnostic shapes everything that follows.
Between sessions, participants complete short assignments in their real workplace. They practise a new skill on Monday and review results with their coach on Thursday. This rhythm means change happens inside the job, not in a training room that feels disconnected from daily life.
Our completion rate sits at 94 per cent. The industry average for online leadership courses is around 15 per cent. The difference is accountability: each participant has a named coach, a peer partner and a structured timeline with clear milestones.
