Leadership Development services

Below you will find a detailed description of each service we offer, who it is designed for, how it works in practice and what you walk away with. If you want a quick cost overview, visit our pricing page.

One-to-one leadership coaching

This is where most of our clients start. You work directly with a coach who has managed teams in your sector or a closely related one. Sessions happen every week or fortnight, depending on your schedule, and each one runs 75 minutes.

The first session is a diagnostic. We use a structured interview to identify the two or three leadership behaviours that, if changed, would make the biggest difference to your team's performance. From there we build a programme around those specific areas.

Between sessions your coach sets a short assignment. It might be: hold a one-to-one with your most disengaged team member using a framework we practised, then note what happened. You bring that experience to the next session and we refine the approach together.

Coaching is available in person at our office in Wales, at your workplace anywhere in England or Wales, or by video call. Most clients choose a mix.

Team workshops

Workshops are for groups of 8 to 20 people from the same organisation. We run them as half-day (3.5 hours) or full-day (7 hours including a lunch break) sessions.

Each workshop focuses on a single theme. The ones we run most often are:

  • Giving and receiving feedback without triggering defensiveness
  • Delegation that actually frees up your time
  • Running meetings that end with clear actions
  • Managing conflict between team members before it escalates

We do not lecture for hours. A typical half-day workshop has about 40 minutes of taught content spread across the session. The rest is structured exercises: role-play in pairs, small-group problem-solving using real scenarios from your business, and facilitated discussion.

Every participant receives a printed workbook and a one-page action card to keep on their desk. Two weeks after the workshop we send a short survey to measure what people have actually applied.

Executive retreats

Retreats bring a senior leadership team together for two days away from the office. We use venues in rural Wales and the West Midlands, chosen because they are quiet, comfortable and have good meeting spaces without the distractions of a city hotel.

Day one focuses on strategic clarity. We facilitate a structured conversation about where the organisation is heading, what the leadership team agrees on and where opinions diverge. Most teams discover at least one major assumption that half the group holds and the other half does not. Surfacing that disagreement early prevents months of confusion later.

Day two is about leadership skills. We run exercises on decision-making under uncertainty, giving difficult feedback to peers, and building trust across functions. The day ends with each participant writing three personal commitments and choosing an accountability partner from the group.

Groups are capped at 12 people. Larger leadership teams can split across two retreats, and we adjust the content so the second group builds on the first group's outputs.

360-degree feedback programmes

A 360 survey collects anonymous feedback from your direct reports, peers and manager. We design a custom questionnaire based on the leadership behaviours your organisation values most, rather than using a generic off-the-shelf tool.

The survey takes respondents about 12 minutes to complete. We handle all distribution and reminders. Once results are in, your coach walks you through the data in a private 90-minute debrief session.

The debrief is not just a data dump. We help you identify two or three patterns worth acting on, and we connect those patterns to specific coaching goals. Many clients run a second 360 six months later to measure progress.

This service is included in our Accelerator and Executive coaching packages. It can also be purchased as a standalone for £480 per person, which includes the survey design, administration and debrief session.
