Half-day workshop

per group of up to 16

A focused session on one topic: giving feedback, running effective meetings or managing up. Held at your office. Includes printed workbooks and a follow-up summary.

Full-day workshop

£3,200
per group of up to 16

Covers two or three related topics with role-play exercises, group discussion and individual reflection time. Lunch is on you; we bring everything else.

Two-day retreat

£4,800
per group of up to 12

Residential retreat at a venue in Wales or the Midlands. Accommodation and meals are billed separately by the venue. We handle all facilitation, materials and pre-retreat preparation.

Additional coaching session

per 75-minute session

Book extra sessions on top of your package whenever you need them. Available in person or by video. Same coach, same format, no minimum commitment.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices listed are exclusive of VAT. We add VAT at the standard UK rate (currently 20%) to your invoice. If your organisation is VAT-registered you can reclaim this.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The Accelerator and Executive packages can be split into two or three payments aligned with your session schedule. We agree the payment dates before the programme starts.
What happens if I need to cancel a session?
Reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged at 50% of the session value. No-shows are charged in full.
Is there a discount for booking multiple places?
When three or more people from the same organisation enrol on the Accelerator or Executive programme at the same time, we reduce the per-person fee by 10%. Contact us for a group quote.
Can I switch packages after starting?
You can upgrade at any point. We credit what you have already paid towards the higher package. Downgrades are handled case by case, but we try to be fair about it.
